Privacy Policy

Spantree, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Evie QuickBooks Online Integration ("Application"), a component of Evie, our internal agentic workflow automation platform.

About This Application​

The Application is a private integration used exclusively by Spantree, LLC and its parent company, Trifork US, Inc., to connect its internal AI agent platform to its own QuickBooks Online account. It automates internal financial workflows including invoice management, reporting, and interdepartmental billing. No other parties use or have access to this Application. No other entity may use or license it without the express written consent of Spantree, LLC.

1. Information We Access​

When connected to Spantree's QuickBooks Online account, Evie accesses the following data through Intuit's API as part of automated workflows:

  • Account information: company name, contact details
  • Financial data: invoices, customers, vendors, account balances, and financial reports (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, AR/AP aging, etc.)
  • Transaction data: invoice line items, payment records, and related transaction details

We only access data within the OAuth 2.0 scopes authorized by Spantree's QuickBooks administrator.

2. How We Use the Data​

All data accessed through QuickBooks Online is used for Spantree's internal business operations:

  • Automated financial reporting and analysis within the Evie agent platform
  • Invoice management and interdepartmental billing workflows
  • Internal business intelligence and decision support

We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising, marketing, or anything unrelated to Spantree's internal operations. No data is shared with, sold to, or accessible by any third party.

3. Data Storage and Security​

OAuth tokens are stored on Spantree's own infrastructure with file-level access controls (mode 600). Tokens are never transmitted to third parties.

Financial data is not persistently stored. Data is retrieved on-demand via the API and processed within Evie's secure execution environment. Nothing is cached beyond the active session.

Encryption. All API communications use TLS.

Access control. Only authorized Evie agent processes and Spantree personnel have access to QuickBooks data and credentials.

4. Data Sharing​

We do not sell, rent, or share QuickBooks Online data with anyone. All data remains within Spantree's infrastructure.

5. Data Retention​

We do not retain financial data beyond the duration of an active agent session. OAuth tokens are retained only while the Application remains connected to Spantree's QuickBooks Online account.

6. Disconnection and Data Removal​

Spantree may disconnect the Application from QuickBooks Online at any time through Intuit's App Center, delete stored OAuth tokens from its infrastructure, or revoke access through QuickBooks Online security settings.

7. Children's Privacy​

The Application is an internal business tool. It is not intended for use by individuals under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy​

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
